Nomadia continues to develop by finalising the acquisition of the French company Neosafe, a specialist in human safety and lone worker protection; this market is set to grow by more than 30% in Europe over the next 5 years.

Paris, 8th September 2022, Nomadia is announcing today its acquisition of Neosafe, a publisher of dedicated human safety business solutions and applications. Thanks to this acquisition, Nomadia is now offering the most comprehensive range of smart mobility solutions addressing the needs of field professionals. CRM SFA, a route planning and optimisation solution that manages technicians’ service calls and now provides enhanced workforce protection at each step of their assignments. This acquisition enables salespeople, technicians, drivers-delivery personnel, and all field professionals to enjoy a smarter, safer mobility experience.

Neosafe, ensuring the safety of lone workers

Founded in 2010 and located near Grenoble, Neosafe is a lone worker protection expert which publishes “eSafeMe-PRO”, the most successful human safety application on the market, which both supervises field operations and protects the loan worker.

With more than 600 customers spanning various business sectors (Orange, Schindler, Lafarge Holcim, …) and more than 12,000 users, Neosafe has posted annual turnover growth of more than 25% over the past 5 years. The lone worker protection market is set to grow by more than 30% in Europe over the next few years.

“This acquisition sounds like excellent news for all field professionals – salespeople, technicians, delivery personnel, who will benefit from the most comprehensive smart mobility solution portfolio on the market. By offering this technological innovation to ensure the physical safety of teams, we are firming up our vision of the enhanced field worker”, said Fabien Breget, Nomadia’s CEO

A banner year for Nomadia

One year after its creation in September 2021, Nomadia continues to develop and is giving itself the wherewithal to achieve its goals: namely to accelerate its international expansion and to establish itself as its customers’ go-to partner for their CSR initiatives.

Created to rival the very largest international smart mobility market players, Nomadia has expanded its global footprint by announcing the opening of a subsidiary in Italy last spring. Nomadia is now present in 27 countries, has a turnover of €20 mio. and a 180-strong workforce. Its solutions are used by 1,600 customers, representing 177,000 users.

Towards more sustainable mobility

The acquisition of Neosafe enables Nomadia, a company with a mission, to upgrade its own CSR commitments. The French publisher thereby continues to support its customers in their journey of transformation by providing innovative and environmentally responsible mobility solutions which help to improve fieldworkers’ day-to-day working conditions and safety.

Nomadia makes a valuable contribution to its customers with a direct impact on their CO2 emissions, by delivering savings of between 20 % and 30 % on fuel costs and the number of vehicles used, as well as productivity increases of the same order of magnitude for mobile co-workers enabled to achieve more calls or denser routes every day without spending more time on the road.

Pushing this approach even further, Nomadia has just linked up with Sami, a climate platform that enables its users to measure and reduce their carbon footprint. This partnership aims to help Nomadia’s customers to measure their carbon footprint simply and holistically and help them manage their reduction action plan. As a reminder, the Grenelle II Act stipulates that all legal persons governed by private law with more than 500 employees in mainland France as well as legal persons governed by public law with more than 250 employees and local authorities with more than 50,000 inhabitants are required to conduct a greenhouse gas emissions audit (BEGES).
